About the job

Can you create development for children together with the adults who are close?

In PPR Syddjurs we are seeking psychologists who are curious about people and skilled at creating development in practice.

We believe that children develop in the communities they are part of. Therefore we are focused on strengthening the learning environments, relationships and professional actions that surround the child. We are looking for colleagues who want to bring their psychology expertise close to everyday life in early childhood education, schools and families.

Who are we?

PPR Syddjurs is a multidisciplinary organization with about 30 staff consisting of psychologists, speech and language therapists, pedagogical consultants, as well as occupational and physiotherapists. We have a strong professional community and are committed to developing our practice in line with the new expectations for PPR. Therefore you will have the opportunity to help shape the future of PPR together with committed colleagues in a strong multidisciplinary environment where professional development, reflection and collaboration are prioritized.

Your tasks

You will among other things

  • advise and spar with leaders, teachers, pedagogues and parents
  • facilitate development and reflection processes
  • support strong participation opportunities and communities for children and young people
  • engage in multidisciplinary collaborations
  • conduct psychological assessments when the task calls for it
  • contribute to the development of the future PPR.

We are looking for you who

  • are curious and investigative
  • can create trusting collaborations
  • have experience translating professional perspectives into concrete changes in practice
  • can facilitate development processes and create new options for others
  • translate psychological professional knowledge into action
  • thrive in multidisciplinary communities.

Your educational background is less important than your ability to create development together with others. However, we imagine that you have a psychology background.

Practical

We are currently seeking psychologists for two permanent positions and a maternity cover. Please indicate which position you are applying for. In principle, the working time is 37 hours per week, but other hours can be agreed. Start is January 1 or by arrangement.

Workplace is in Hornslet, but the work takes place largely out in day-care and schools. Driving licence is required. Salary and employment terms according to the applicable collective agreement.

Application deadline is 18 November. Interviews will be held on 25 November.

Contact Karin Wessel at telephone 20537611 for further information.
