About the job

Would you like to become part of a workplace where wellbeing and professionalism are highly valued? And are you motivated by a daily life with varied tasks, a high degree of influence and the opportunity for professional development? Then it might be you who should be our new colleague.

We are seeking a psychologist for a permanent attractive combined position, where you will both handle PPR tasks in day-care facilities and schools and – over time – participate in lighter treatment interventions in the easily accessible treatment offers.

The position is designed with flexibility, and the exact composition of tasks and the distribution of hours depend on your competences, experience and opportunities for relevant professional development.

We offer you

  • both preventive PPR interventions in collaboration with day care facilities, schools and families, as well as lighter treatment tasks. The treatment tasks will be introduced gradually. The timing of when you take on treatment interventions depends on relevant education and training.
  • professional development, which we see as a prerequisite for success both in relation to collaboration with day care facilities and schools and in treatment tasks. Therefore we offer systematic professional development both regarding the PPR tasks and the treatment tasks.
  • a workplace where positive attitude, humor and trust are central elements.
  • to become part of a stable interdisciplinary area team with special education consultants, therapists, speech therapists and advanced social workers.
  • an exciting and varied job with a high degree of influence on task solving.
  • a professionally strong and appreciative environment where professional development is highly valued.
  • internal supervision in groups, both mono-disciplinary and interdisciplinary.
  • opportunity for supervision for authorization.

The professional environment in PPR

The psychologists’ work, similar to their interdisciplinary colleagues, focuses on early intervention. Therefore, psychologists contribute preventive input into cases so that professionals and parents gain tools and options to support the child as early in the child’s life as possible.

The interdisciplinary teams work both directly in day-care facilities and in schools, e.g., with action-learning programs and in more specialized assistance and programs.

The professional environment around the easily accessible treatment offers

As part of the combined position you – depending on your competences and after relevant training – will be able to participate in lighter treatment interventions across the municipality.

The treatment tasks are introduced gradually, and the timing of when you handle treatment depends on education, training and professional development. We expect that all psychologists will eventually be able to participate in treatment tasks, while the pace and extent are adjusted to the individual.

In the treatment part you will become part of a professional environment focused on quality, learning and reflection. Here, supervision, professional sparring and the possibility of gradually building up treatment competencies are offered. Currently, PPR Randers STIME, Back2School and Mind My Mind are part of our easily accessible treatment offers.

We imagine that you

  • will contribute to a culture where openness, trust and respect are central elements.
  • are professionally well-founded, development-oriented and engaged and keep yourself updated about the development and trends in the field.
  • have knowledge of and preferably experience with PPR tasks.
  • can translate your professional knowledge into practice-oriented sparring, advice and guidance.
  • can work independently, systematically and cross-disciplinary.
  • are engaged, creative and interested in being part of the continued development and solutions of a broad spectrum of psychological tasks.
