Sales and Marketing Coordinator

Are you good at creating an overview, curious about AI and ready to develop yourself within sales and marketing?

First Mover Group is looking for a sales and marketing coordinator who will help us keep track of sales opportunities, follow up on activities and turn good ideas into action.

You may be newly graduated with relevant experience from a student job or have a couple of years of experience. The most important is that you work in a structured way, take initiative and want to learn.

Your role

You work closely with our Head of Sales and coordinate with our external marketing agency and meeting-booking partner. Your primary focus is to support the sales work while ensuring progress in our marketing activities.

Your tasks will include among others

• Maintain the CRM and create an overview of leads, pipeline and sales activities.
• Research companies, prepare client meetings and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Assist with proposals, presentations and sales materials.
• Coordinate marketing activities, content calendar and content for LinkedIn.
• Collect customer cases and stories and follow up with our external partners.
• Test AI for example research, draft text and simpler workflows.

You do not need to be a specialist in everything. We have external partners and will provide you with sparring and help to prioritise.

Who are you?

You follow tasks to the finish, communicate clearly and thrive with both detail and collaboration. You are digitally strong, quickly learn new systems and have used AI tools before.

Your education is less decisive. Experience with CRM, B2B sales, LinkedIn or content production is an advantage – also from student jobs, internships or projects.
