At GTBUILD in Kalundborg we are looking for an engaged and structured employee for our Sales & Marketing Support team.

We are a growing company and have been named Børsen Gazelle two years in a row!

About the job

You will become an important part of our sales team, where you help ensure good customer service, efficient administration and support our marketing activities within building materials.

Your main tasks will be

• Customer Service & Sales Support
• Handle customer inquiries, orders and follow-up
• Support our salespeople, wholesalers and building material chains
• Prepare quotes and assist with sales administration
• Marketing & Social Media
• Contribute to content on LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram
• Update website and webshop
• Help with campaigns, newsletters and product material
• Administration
• Maintain customer and product information
• Coordinate tasks across sales, warehouse and logistics
• Handle various administrative tasks in daily work

Who are you?

We imagine that you

• Have experience with customer service, sales administration or similar
• Are structured, service-minded and good at following up tasks to completion
• Communicate professionally in Danish and English
• Are familiar with IT and administrative systems
• Work independently and thrive with many different tasks
• Have an interest in building materials, marketing and social media

It is an advantage if you have experience with Shopify and SoMe – but it is not required.
