ScanPeople seeks Team Leader for technician team – be part of ensuring an efficient production at Teledyne RESON

On behalf of Teledyne RESON ScanPeople is seeking an engaged and proactive Team Leader who will take responsibility for an experienced technician team that works with assembly, testing and repair of advanced electronic equipment.

About the position

As a Team Leader you will be a central part of production with responsibility for the daily operation of a team consisting of about 13 technicians. You must ensure that tasks are prioritized correctly, resources are utilized optimally, and that the team and production develop in line with the company
9s needs.

You will have a day-to-day with many collaboration interfaces, where you work closely with, among others, procurement and planning as well as R&D and the Service department to ensure an efficient flow in production. The role requires you to create an overview, make decisions and be visible in daily operations.

Your primary tasks

• Daily leadership and sparring with the technician team.
• Planning and coordination of the daily operations in collaboration with the Team Leader in the Assembly Department.
• Ensure high quality and on-time delivery.
• Conduct Performance Reviews with employees.
• Develop employees

competencies and ensure the right staffing.

• Optimize workflows and improve existing processes.
• Be a visible leadership and create an overview across several production areas.
• Collaboration with R&D on product launches

• Have experience with people management – preferably from production or technical environment.
• Have technical understanding within electronics, assembly and testing.
• Are clear in your communication and dare to make decisions.
• Have natural authority and command respect through your leadership style.
• Are good at motivating employees and creating engagement.
• Focus on both operations, quality and development.
• Are familiar with ERP systems and work effortlessly in administrative systems.
