About the job

Due to increasing activity and several new tasks, BeSafe is seeking a service manager who can secure overview, structure and progress, and with a focus on quality and good customer service contribute to continued satisfied customers.

In a busy and varied everyday life you will be responsible for leading operations in the electrical service department. Here you ensure that tasks are carried out efficiently and delivered on time with high quality and in close dialogue with the customers. You will be the link between customers, technicians and management, and you will have the backing of a competent office and support team that gives you the best prerequisites to succeed in everyday work.

Your primary tasks will be

• staff management of 5-10 journeymen and apprentices
• plan and manage multiple projects at once, primarily for housing associations
• ensure quality and provide technical sparring
• follow up on bids and customer contact
• share knowledge and optimize processes across projects.

You will become part of a dedicated team where collaboration and professional pride are keywords.

Your professional and personal qualifications

We imagine that you have a background as an electrical installer or perhaps another relevant technical education and 5+ years of experience in the industry. With your professional insight and experience you can maintain an overview of several projects at once, where you have an eye for detail and an understanding of the whole, and you take pride in being a close, reliable and valued partner for the customers.
