Service-minded receptionist for the Prehospital Service in the Region of Eastern Denmark

You will become part of the department Logistics , where you will be employed in Reception & Service , which currently consists of three receptionists and five service staff and a section head. In addition, there is also a team of three service staff at our Ambulance Base in Hvidovre, which is also part of Reception & Service.

As a receptionist with us you will

Your primary tasks

• Receive guests
• Receive and handle phone calls
• Handle administrative tasks such as ordering office supplies and refreshments.
• Paying invoices
• Issuing parking permits
• Print ID cards
• Receive mail/packages
• Maintain the main mailbox
• Assist with ad hoc service tasks in collaboration with the service team, such as preparing meeting refreshments

We are looking for someone who

• Has a relevant service-related education, e.g. receptionist or hotel training
• Speaks and understands Danish
• Is used to working with the Office package
• Has extensive experience working in a fast-paced environment with many different people
• Is service-minded, solution-oriented and has a smile on their face
• Is reliable and has a positive attitude
• Has knowledge of SAP (an advantage)

Who are we?

In 2027, the Capital Region of Denmark will merge with the Region Zealand and become the Region Østdanmark. In this context, we will change our name to Præhospitalet and gain many new great colleagues.

Your primary workplace will be at Telegrafvej in Ballerup.

The current Emergency Preparedness is responsible for the pre-hospital response in the Capital Region of Denmark and aims to create a coherent emergency preparedness system for the region\'s 1.8 million inhabitants.

Our tasks include receiving calls to the Emergency Number 1813 and 1-1-2, dispatching and driving ambulances across the region, and coordinating the region\'s pre-hospital response – both in day-to-day tasks and during large complex incidents.

Salary and terms of employment

The position is 22.2 hours per week distributed over three working days. Working hours vary between 7:30-15:00 and 9:30-17:00.

Salary and terms of employment are according to the current collective agreement: Administrative and IT staff etc. - Agreement 32.01.1 - salary as of 1.10.2026. Salary is set according to the current collective agreement and local agreements in the Emergency Preparedness. Pension according to the agreement.

The Emergency Preparedness is primarily housed at Telegrafvej 5 in Ballerup, where you also get your workplace. In connection with the merger of Region Zealand and the Capital Region of Denmark on January 1, 2027, Region Østdanmark will become one employment region.
