About the job

Receptionist at First Camp Grenen Strand

Do you want to work in the heart of our destination and create a warm welcome for all guests?

As a Receptionist at First Camp you will have a versatile and service-oriented role, where you are the outward-facing face and an important part of the guest's overall experience. Here you combine service, administration and shop work – in a company that is continuously evolving, and where no day is the same.

Who is First Camp?

We are part of First Camp Group, Northern Europe’s leading group in camping and resorts. Together we are on an exciting journey with a clear, shared vision: to create a world-leading camping chain – where we are first choice for guests, employees and the camping industry in Europe.

We challenge what already exists and create the solutions that do not yet exist. Sustainable development and data-driven insights into our guests and employees are important focus areas as we together create moments of happiness – every day.

What does the role entail?

As a Receptionist you are a central part of the daily operation at the destination. You are often the first person the guest meets – and the last one who says goodbye – and your hospitality makes a big difference to the overall experience.

The role combines customer contact, administration and sales and involves close collaboration with colleagues in the reception, the shop and other departments.

The tasks include, among others

· Welcome guests at check-in and check-out and provide service with warmth and presence

· Handle bookings, payments and guest correspondence in our internal systems

· Provide practical information about facilities, activities and the local area

· Work in the shop with cash handling, upselling and stock replenishment

· Support other departments as needed to ensure a good overall guest experience

· Contribute to a good atmosphere, collaboration and a positive service culture

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a service-oriented and engaged person who thrives on meeting many different guests and delivering good service.

To succeed in the role we would like you to have

· Experience with service work – preferably from reception, shop or similar

· Good communication skills and comfort with guest contact

· Proficiency with IT and administrative tasks

· Ability to create structure, work efficiently and maintain overview during busy periods

· Good language skills in Danish, German and English

It is a plus if you also have

· Experience with booking systems or cash systems

· Experience from hotel, camping or another service-oriented sector

As a person you are positive, solution-oriented and helpful. You contribute to a good atmosphere and are proud to deliver service that makes a difference.

What do we offer?

With us you become part of an ambitious company with both heart and drive. The role may vary depending on the area, but the common thread is that you become part of a team that helps each other, shares knowledge and has a short distance between responsibility and belonging.

Our shared values guide our daily actions

We Care – We work together with consideration for the guest, the employee and the planet. We create an open and supportive environment, where we challenge each other, learn from mistakes and celebrate successes.

We Have Fun – By being ourselves and having fun together we create a welcoming atmosphere for everyone we meet. Together we create good memories for our teams, colleagues and guests.

We Simplify – Progress combined with a desire to learn means that we constantly improve and develop the way we work. We make it easy for each other – it should be easy to do the right thing for both colleagues and guests.

We Deliver Results – We focus in everything we do on delivering results for our guests, colleagues and the entire company. The goals are high, and we succeed best when we use both heart and mind.

We offer a workplace with good development opportunities and caring colleagues who share both experience and laughter. Together we want to continue our success story and grow with more stars who want to help build our future.
