Social and Health Care Assistant for Søglimt Care Center in day shift

About the position

We offer a permanent position with possibilities for

• 37 hours per week with work every 2nd weekend
• or 30/32 hours per week with work every 3rd weekend

The position is primarily day shifts with occasional evening shifts.

About Søglimt Care Center

Søglimt Care Center is located in a lovely local community with the most beautiful view over Sunds Lake. We have space for 50 residents distributed across 47 permanent apartments and 3 respite rooms.

We are a multidisciplinary staff group consisting of nurses, social- and health care assistants, social- and health care helpers, and a pedagogue.

Your tasks

• Holistic care and support for our residents
• Medication management and other health care tasks
• Documentation and updating of records in accordance with current guidelines
• Close collaboration with nurses and other professional groups
• Participation in ward rounds and dialogue with the doctor
• Contribute to creating a safe, homely and meaningful everyday life
• Active participation in interprofessional collaboration
