Social and Health Care Assistant sought for day shift in Home Care and Nursing in Store Heddinge

We are seeking a new colleague for Home Care and Nursing in Store Heddinge. The position is initially 37 hours per week, mainly day shifts. However we are flexible, so the number of hours can be adjusted to your preferences. There is also an option for mixed day and evening shifts.

We are divided into two smaller teams, consisting of nurses, social- and health care assistants as well as social- and health care helpers. We place great importance on creating targeted, individualized citizen care pathways of high quality. With us you get a spacious workplace with plenty of room. Your tasks and everyday life

• Handle complex and challenging tasks in citizens' own homes.
• Ensure coherent and coordinated pathways for the individual citizen.
• Engage in close interprofessional collaboration with visiting nurses and other partners.
• Focus on the good relationship and the core task in close contact with the citizen.

• You are educated as a social- and health care assistant.
• You take responsibility and know your own professional competencies.
• You have an open view of people and meet citizens at eye level.
• You actively contribute to a good working environment and show collegial care.
• You are stable and thrive in close collaboration.
