We are looking for a social and health care assistant who wants to help develop our new self-managing mini-teams in connection with the new elderly care act.

About the position As a social and health care assistant you will, among other things, have the following tasks:

• To create security and quality of life for our citizens through attentive care and nursing
• To actively contribute to the development and daily life in our new self-managing mini-teams
• To work rehabilitatively in collaboration with the citizen, relatives and colleagues
• To be part of a team where we help each other and lift as a group

Practical information The workplace is the Home Care in Viby, located at Grantoften 5. This is a permanent position of between 32 and 37 hours per week. Weekend shifts are planned according to your wishes, either every 2nd or every 3rd weekend. We wish that you can take up the position on January 1, 2027 or as soon as possible.
