We are seeking a new social- and health care helper/social- and health care assistant in day shift, who will help create presence, care and wonderful moments for our residents.

Løvdalen Nursing Center is a center for a total of 74 residents, of which 6 of our homes are for temporary waiting stays, and the remaining 68 homes are permanent nursing home apartments. We are a nursing center that is divided into smaller units, where fixed teams come together in each unit, and where we have a collective focus on creating good days together.

A little about the position

As a social- and health care helper/social- and health care assistant in day shift on the Løvdalen area 3-side will be attached to a department with 10 residents. When you meet in the morning, you divide today’s tasks and the residents between yourselves. As a rule, you are the primary contact person for approximately 5 residents, whom you get to know best.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a colleague who is educated as a social- and health care helper/social- and health care assistant for a permanent daytime position of 32-37 hours per week with weekend shifts every 2 weeks.

A colleague who is professionally skilled and passionate about their work. Is good at documentation and sees it as a natural part of everyday life. Values good collegiality and contributes positively to the community and the good working environment.

We are beautifully located only 20 minutes from Hillerød and Helsinge.

The position is to be filled as soon as possible or by January 1, 2027.

Social- and health care helper: Løn- and employment terms are set in accordance with the applicable collective agreement. In addition, qualification and function supplements may be agreed. The expected total salary is in the range of DKK 28,575 – 34,037 per month excl. pension, depending on experience and competencies.

Social- and health care assistant: Løn- and employment terms are set in accordance with the applicable collective agreement. In addition, qualification and function supplements may be agreed. The expected total salary is in the range of DKK 30,573 – 37,636 per month excl. pension, depending on experience and competencies.
