Social- and health care assistants and helpers are sought for Rosengården Nursing Home and upcoming respite placements.

At Plejehjem Rosengården, we are expanding with six respite beds in 2027 and therefore seek social- and health care assistants and -aides who want to help create everyday life where residents are active participants in their own lives.

• Positions as social- and health care assistant or aide with both day and evening shifts as well as a weekend shift every other weekend.
• The positions are generally full-time, but the number of hours can be adjusted.

• are educated as a social- and health care assistant or social- and health care aide.

• demonstrate a high degree of empathy.
• are professionally well-founded, proactive and responsible.
• are prepared to be part of the whole nursing home and the respite beds.
• have a positive and appreciative approach to the outside world – both residents, relatives and colleagues.
• are flexible, welcoming and will contribute to the good collegial community.
• knowledge of Nexus FSIII is an advantage, but if you do not have it, you will receive thorough training in the system.

About Plejehjem Rosengården

Plejehjem Rosengården has a total of 44 rooms and will establish six respite beds in 2027. We place Nyborg Municipality's core task at the forefront: "Together with the citizen we create opportunities for a healthy, active and dignified life". In addition, we focus on the values of care, trustworthiness, respect and quality in everyday life. We cultivate community, but also respect each resident's wish for privacy. We base our approach on the Eden philosophy, where we strive to create "a life worth living". We respect each individual's wishes and hold high that it is the residents' home – and we are at work.

We provide health-related tasks, care, support and practical assistance to our residents. We focus on care, support and rehabilitation based on each citizen's wishes and needs, with respect for the way the citizen has lived their life.

Salary and employment conditions according to the applicable collective agreement and the principles of local pay formation.

For Social- and Health Aides, the expected starting salary (37 hours) will be within the range of DKK 27,985 to 34,642 per month, excluding pension and optional benefits.

For Social- and Health Care Assistants, the expected starting salary (37 hours) will be within the range of DKK 29,872 to 36,970 per month, excluding pension and optional benefits.

The exact salary is set based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including education, experience, competencies and the position's responsibilities.
