In Halsnæs Municipality's Home Care, we have a strong focus on well-being and good collaborative relationships. We know that it matters for how the tasks for citizens are carried out when we get along well with each other.

For the home care service we are looking for a day shift worker who can see themselves in our daily life - where care, high professionalism and collaboration go hand in hand, and where good energy and a light-hearted attitude are very welcome.

The tasks are based on meeting the citizen in their own home, where the approach is built on dignity, respectful behavior and warm contact. The approach is rehabilitative and supportive, so the citizen can maintain their level of function as long as possible and experience the greatest possible quality of life.

We work in fixed teams. Fixed teams are a way of organizing care and support for our older citizens from a holistic and interdisciplinary perspective. Whether they are called fixed, self-managing or interdisciplinary teams, they share a focus on strengthening citizens' self-determination and sense of continuity. So here is a good opportunity to join from the start.

Salary and employment terms are fixed in accordance with the applicable collective agreement. In addition, qualification and position supplements can be agreed. The expected base salary for 37 hours is in the range of DKK 29,391 – 32,840 per month excluding pension, depending on experience and competences.
