Citizen-centered Outreach South seeks new colleagues

Our address is in Lind, at Lind Care Center where we “live” together with therapists and nurses, which provides good opportunities for sparring, cross-disciplinary collaboration and a strong collegial community. We are a unified team in the evening shift that places a high value on continuity of care and holistic care. We are organizing ourselves into fixed interdisciplinary teams to strengthen continuity, quality and collaboration around the citizens.

We provide assistance to citizens living in their own homes in the southern part of Herning Municipality, which includes Lind, Kibæk, Sdr. Felding, Snejbjerg, Arnborg and the surrounding area. We provide an electric car.

We offer

• Hours by agreement, the shift time is from 15:30 to 23:30 with fixed weekly days off

• An exciting job that is continually developing. You will work closely with the nursing service and our therapists, and be involved in developing holistic care in our area
• Good introduction and training in Cura etc.
• As an evening shift you have every second weekend off

We are seeking

• You are educated as a Social and Health Care Assistant (SSA/SSH). If you are considering applying for the education at some point, you are also welcome to submit an application
• You can work independently and with others
• You enjoy driving a car, even when it is dark, as you drive alone on your route
• You are competent regarding health-care tasks and can manage professional documentation
• You are flexible, stable and engaged with your heart in the right place and work from an appreciative approach, where the citizen is at the center
• You have a driving license

Salary and employment terms in accordance with the applicable collective agreement.

When employed, a driving license must be presented and a criminal record check must be obtained.
