Social- and Health Care Assistant for evening shift at Kragsbjerg Nursing Home

We are seeking a social- and health care assistant for an evening shift at Kragsbjerg Nursing Home, which is centrally located in Odense.

The position is 28 hours per week, with the possibility of additional shifts ad hoc. The working pattern is 5-2-2-5 and works the even weekend.

About you and the job

You will have a varied daily life, with room for development and sparring with good and professionally strong colleagues.

The everyday life is characterized by both basic and complex citizen/client pathways, so we need staff who find it exciting to work rehabilitatively and relationally around the citizen, and who have a good insight into basic holistic care and nursing.

Additionally you must

• Be educated as a social- and health care assistant
• Be good at forming relationships
• See good collaboration with relatives as an important task
• See your colleagues as important sparring partners

A brief about Kragsbjerg Nursing Home

• We are a nursing home consisting of 4 departments with space for 72 residents, of which there is a shared living community for people with dementia
• We are a large multidisciplinary staff group, where all professional backgrounds work closely around the residents
• As an employee with us, you will primarily be attached to a team, but will occasionally have to work across the entire house where the need is
• We use resident conferences and triage as methods in our daily collaboration together with the citizen

Salary and employment terms

Starting as soon as possible and no later than January 1, 2027.

Salary and employment terms in accordance with the applicable collective agreement between KL and the negotiating organization.
