We offer homely, safe and developmental environments for children and young people aged 6-23 who need extra support on their path toward an independent adult life.

Your role with us

As a social pedagogue you will be an important adult in the daily lives of the young people. You will help create stability, security and positive development opportunities for children and young people, including:

Social, emotional and behavioral challenges

Attachment disorders

Learning difficulties and special educational needs

Mild intellectual developmental disability

You will work to support the young people's well-being, development and independence through close relationships, daily structure and professional pedagogical effort.

We are looking for you who

Are educated as a social pedagogue or pedagog

Have experience with or an interest in working with vulnerable children and young people

Can build trusting relationships and meet each individual young person with respect, curiosity and acknowledgment

Work professionally, reflectively and in a structured way

Are robust, flexible and solution-oriented

Work in rotating shifts – every 2nd or 3rd weekend

Have an interest in mentalization-based pedagogy and development-oriented methods

Thrive in an environment where professional sparring and collaboration are highly valued
