We are looking for a leader who thrives on being on the phone themselves and delivering results, while developing your colleagues and supporting the head of the customer center in daily work. In this role you will spend 80% of your time on your own customer calls and result-driven activities, while the remaining 20% is used for coaching, sparring and operations-optimizing activities.

Step into your new daily life in the Customer Center

You will become an important cultural bearer in the department and lead with energy, engagement and an exceptionally high level of activity. Your footprint will quickly become visible in the department. Not exhaustively, the majority of the daily tasks consist of the following:

• Carry out as the most natural thing in the world your own calls to former, existing and potential customers from EDC Poul Erik Bech’s customer database to realize the department's goals
• Coach and spar with the employees through “live listening” in daily work and thereby ensure the development and job satisfaction of each individual
• Facilitate the onboarding of new employees through a steep learning curve, where the necessary insight into tasks and systems as well as a high professional level is experienced on the other end of the line
• Follow up on activity and results targets together with the Head of the Customer Center, so direction is clear for the team as a whole and for the individual
• Contribute to optimizing workflows and customer experience as well as handle administrative and operational tasks in the department
• Depending on your experience and preferences there will, in time, be an opportunity for you to have direct line management responsibility for the department's student assistants.

Today you work in a customer center, a call center, a telemarketing agency or with meeting booking in a similar sales environment. Your colleagues see you as a natural role model or team leader who is motivated by both your own results and by helping others succeed.

The performance dashboard is well-documented after several years of success with customer dialogues and relationship-building sales, and now the desire is to take on greater responsibility and pursue the managerial path. Coaching comes naturally to you, and you motivate colleagues through professional sparring and presence. At the same time you are structured and follow up on agreements and goals. Your communication is clear and positive, and you have the ability to get colleagues to follow you.

Your new daily routine

Will be at our headquarters, located in nice bright premises in the heart of Copenhagen right next to the Metro at Kongens Nytorv.
