At Plejehjemmet Sanderum we are looking for a social- and health care assistant or a social- and health care helper for a permanent position with start on January 1, 2027.

Who are we? Plejehjemmet Sanderum consists of seven smaller houses with space for 67 people.

We work from a person-centered approach, where relationships, self-determination and dignity are the focus of our work.

The people who live with us increasingly have complex health and care needs. This places demands on our professionalism, collaboration and ability to prioritise.

We are honest that there are times when it is busy. Therefore we work targeted with interdisciplinary teams, joint prioritisation, professional sparring and a strong organizational work community, because we do not believe that employees should stand alone with the difficult situations.

We are looking for a colleague who

• is educated as a social- and health care assistant or social- and health care helper
• wants to work with people with complex care needs
• can work independently and at the same time be an active part of the community
• can maintain calm and overview when the day takes a different direction
• dares to ask for help and offer help to others
• wishes to contribute to a good working environment
• meets residents, relatives and colleagues with respect and integrity

You do not need to know it all from the first day.

The practical It is a permanent position from January 1, 2027

The position is in principle full-time with work every 2nd weekend

Salary and employment conditions according to the applicable collective agreement and the expected salary level will be stated before a possible interview and depends on experience and qualifications.
