Social and Health Care Assistant for evening shift

We work a 5-2 pattern with shifts every other weekend.

The evening shift is Wednesday and Thursday as well as Friday to Sunday in even weeks.

We continuously prioritise professional and personal sparring to ensure that you are professionally equipped for the tasks in our daily work and that two days are not the same.

Your tasks

• You ensure that residents have their care needs covered and receive the help that is required
• You consult with colleagues regarding nursing assessments and priorities
• You ensure documentation in the electronic journal, Nexus,
• You help promote a good working environment and collaboration
• You contribute on equal footing with your colleagues in tasks related to social activities, meals and other resident-oriented activities
• You have a strong focus on everyday training in daily work

We want professionally competent staff in Elder Care. Therefore, as a requirement for employment as social and health care personnel (FOA) in Brøndby Municipality, you must participate in any upskilling and continuing education programs, the scope and content of which are determined by Brøndby Municipality.
