Social and Health Care Assistants for the Evening Shift at Lokalteam Lerbæk Torv

We are expanding and simultaneously have a colleague who is retiring. Therefore we are seeking by 1/12 social- and health assistants for a fixed evening shift in home care at Lerbæk Torv Local Team.

Therefore you should work with us

• You will have fixed evening shifts in a 5+2 rota and a shift every 2nd weekend – possibility to request even/odd weeks.
• You will have a stable team with experienced and helpful colleagues.
• We have good humor, a relaxed atmosphere and look after one another.

About the job You walk or bike to citizens in their own homes, where you help with personal care and practical assistance. We focus on prevention and rehabilitation when we help citizens so we can support their independence in daily life.

It is you who know the citizen best, because you often come into their home. Therefore it is also an important task that you, in collaboration with the citizen and your team, adapt the help when needed.

You also handle delegated nursing tasks that match your competencies – e.g., medication administration, compression, care of catheters and stoma.

About Lerbæk Torv Local Team We are about 36 employees and consist of social- and health helpers, social- and health assistants, nurses and fixed substitutes. We also train apprentices and students, and it is important that you contribute to creating a safe and learning environment for them together with the rest of the team.

We place great emphasis on collaboration, professionalism and well-being. We help each other, know each other’s competencies – and can laugh and be social together in daily life.

Who are you? You should be educated as a social- and health helper. You may have experience working as a helper, but the most important is that you fit in well with us.

Employment and contact The position is in a 5-2 rota as an evening shift, but we can offer up to full-time in other shifts if you wish.

Salary and terms of employment according to the applicable collective agreement and after negotiation with the negotiating organization.

We report to Lerbæk Torv 42, 4600 Køge.
