Støberigården is seeking Social- and Health Care Assistant for a position with mixed shifts day and evening shifts

The positions are to be filled by December 1 or by agreement

About the job: You will become part of a multidisciplinary staff group, where we work professionally with a focus on residents' quality of life.

The work includes

• Independent assessment of residents' needs.
• Planning, execution and evaluation of care and activating tasks.
• Contact person role and coordinating role.
• Participation in care, nursing and rehabilitation tasks.
• Collaboration with relatives and colleagues.

We hold resident conferences, work with neuropedagogical assessments and social-pedagogical action plans. If you do not have a neuropedagogical course, we offer it.

• Are trained as SSA.
• Want to work in a development-oriented environment.
