You become the company's internal AI ambassador based at the head office and reporting directly to the CEO. Your task is to make AI usable and concrete for colleagues across departments, from technical to administrative.

The special thing about the role is the breadth and autonomy. There is no ready-made playbook, so you have great freedom to set the direction yourself. Your first big task will be to uncover needs, identify two to three focus areas together with management and roll out the first solutions in pilot groups. From there you spread it as colleagues experience the effect.

The role suits you who have a digital mindset and a good business understanding and who thrive being outward-facing and moving around in the house. You like to drive projects from idea to delivered result and you can communicate AI in a way that everyone can follow.

Opgaver

• Interview employees across departments and uncover where AI can create the most value
• Develop prompts and templates in Copilot and Claude for among others work cards, fixed emails, HR documents and project materials
• Roll out solutions in pilot groups, collect feedback and adjust along the way
• Anchor the use in each department
• Optimize workflows and build an internal knowledge tool and knowledge base
• Teach and prepare colleagues so the solutions are actually used
• Stay updated on AI development and bring new things into the house

Virksomheden

Our partner is a well-established installation company in electrical and plumbing with several departments and locations on Zealand and HQ in Brøndby. The company spans from technical and project-oriented departments to HR and finance, and there is a targeted effort to bring AI into everyday life across it all.

You will become a visible part of an organization where management actively supports digital development and where there is real demand for the solutions you bring. You will also be a colleague with another Cand student who sits in the communications department. It provides a solid foundation for a career in AI, digitalization and business development, where you get to lead in a field that only grows.
