About the job

Do you want to be part of where everything comes together – and where your contribution makes a real difference for patients every day in the clinic for Hormone/Endocrine Diseases.

We are in the middle of an exciting development with health reform, organizational changes, and regional mergers. Therefore we are strengthening our secretary group and are looking for a dedicated and positive medical secretary or health administrative coordinator for a permanent position of 37 hours per week (alternative hours can be agreed).

With us you will become an important part of a strong professional community where collaboration, quality and development are the driving forces. You will have a central role in coordinating patient pathways and contribute every day to patients experiencing coherence, quality and security.

Our vision

The health administrative staff are a crucial part of the patient pathways. We work purposefully to develop our functions so that we continue to be the coordinating and unifying link for patients, relatives and partners.

Patient pathways are changing in these years with increased focus on needs-driven pathways, digital solutions and virtual contacts. This places new requirements on how we communicate with patients, and on how we support and coordinate their treatment. Therefore we need employees who want to help think innovatively and develop the health administrative tasks of the future.

What you can look forward to?

With us you don’t just get a job – you get a daily life with variety, responsibility and meaning.

  • A diverse and exciting workday, where the tasks are wide-ranging
  • Working hours in the daytime with the possibility of a balance between work life and leisure
  • A strong secretary team consisting of 24 skilled and helpful colleagues
  • Close collaboration with doctors, nurses and other professional groups
  • A central role in coordinating patient pathways
  • Influence on the entire patient journey from invitation and patient contact to registration, planning and quality assurance
  • Good opportunities for professional and personal development
  • An evolving department where innovation and interdisciplinary collaboration are highly prioritized
  • Thorough training scheduled according to your competences and experience

We imagine that you

  • Are trained as a medical secretary or health administrative coordinator
  • Have experience with the Health Platform
  • Thrive in a daily life with changes and development
  • Would preferably have experience from both outpatient clinics and wards, but this is not a requirement
  • Focus on quality, service and coherent patient pathways
  • Work independently and take responsibility for your tasks
  • Contribute positively to collaboration, professional development and a good work environment
  • Communicate clearly, approachable and professional

About the department
