Nurse for Evening Shift in the Home Nursing Frederikshavn South

We are seeking a licensed nurse for a permanent evening shift, who wants to be part of a professionally strong and modern home nursing service where quality, development and citizen-centered solutions are in focus.

We cover the area in the southern part of Frederikshavn.

About the job

As a nurse in the evening shift you will be an important part of the municipal nursing. You will meet citizens with complex and varied nursing needs, where you must be able to work independently, make clinical decisions and create security for both citizens and relatives. We work from a rehabilitative approach and focus on guiding, educating and supporting the citizens to master as much as possible themselves, when possible.

The position is 30 -37 hours per week in the evening shift, depending on your own wishes, with weekend work every 4th weekend.

We are open to mixed shifts between evening and day shifts.

Your tasks will include, among others

• Nursing assessments and observations.
• Acute and complex nursing tasks in the citizen's own home.
• Medication management and follow-up on treatment.
• Documentation and ensuring high professional quality.
• Collaboration with general practitioners, hospitals and other partners.

In Frederikshavn Municipality's home nursing we work purposefully with quality, patient safety and citizen involvement. We base our work on the individual citizen's needs and work to create cohesive pathways in close cooperation with the citizen, relatives, general practice and hospitals. Municipal nursing is built on individual nursing assessments and supports the citizen's ability to maintain independence and quality of life

Practical information

Employment from December 1, 2026 or as soon as possible before or after.

Salary and terms of employment according to applicable collective agreement.

A police clearance certificate must be presented and we obtain references by agreement.
