Are you a trained teacher with strong relationship skills and skilled in classroom management? Do you want to develop social- and subject-based communities? Are you motivated by working with professionally capable and engaged colleagues? Then you are the one we are looking for.

Grydemoseskolen is seeking a teacher with Danish, cultural subjects, physical education and preferably music.

Most importantly, however, is your view of the teaching profession. We expect you to have an inclusive learning approach, be eager to collaborate, be willing to learn more and have a positive attitude to the many facets of being a teacher.

We are a school where we seek new pedagogical paths in the classroom. Our students should be met with up-to-date challenges and learning approaches, and therefore you will rarely hear no when you bring new ideas. We work with a solution-focused approach, mentors close to practice and based on a fundamental view that children who live in Espergærde also go to school in Espergærde.

Grydemoseskolen has fine physical facilities to offer to students and staff and is located in a nature-rich area with large green outdoor spaces. We are a two- to three-track primary school from 0th to 6th grade with about 450 students.

In selecting candidates, we will place weight on applicants who can see meaning in working to develop the class community, relational skills and classroom management. We seek to create a daily life for the students with a clear and explicit structure for the day, for each lesson, and clear expectations for the individual student.

We would like a staff profile that communicates clearly and distinctly, is reflective and passionate about creating good learning processes and contributes positively to a committed collaboration with colleagues about the students' learning, formation and well-being.

Grydemoseskolen is part of the overall Espergærde School and there are strong professional networks across the four schools in our district and good opportunities for collegial sparring and knowledge sharing.
