Team coordinator for the flooring department at Green Box

On behalf of Green Box in Aulum we are looking for a team coordinator for their flooring department.

Primary tasks

• Perform tile work in the flooring department on par with the department's other employees.
• Coordinate and allocate the daily tasks in collaboration with production management and colleagues.
• Create an overview of staffing, task status and any challenges in today's production.
• Ensure that tasks are performed in the correct order and handed over to the next process in the agreed quality.
• Follow up on the quality of the tile work and respond quickly to errors, deviations or deficiencies.
• Support consistent work methods, instructions and applicable quality requirements.
• Contribute to training and professional sparring with new and existing colleagues.
• Pass on relevant operational and quality-related challenges to production management.
• Actively contribute to improvements of workflows, quality, safety and efficiency.

Responsibility and mandate

The position has no formal personnel or managerial responsibility. The team coordinator's responsibility is tied to the daily coordination of work tasks and to supporting that the quality is top. Decisions about personnel, employment terms, disciplinary matters and overarching priorities lie with production management.

Professional and personal qualifications

• Experience with tile work, either as a skilled tiler or as an experienced semi-skilled worker.
• Strong quality awareness and understanding of the importance of correct handover.
• Ability to create an overview, prioritise and coordinate in a busy production.
• Clear, respectful and solution-oriented communication.
• Stable, responsible and positive with a natural desire to help the team.
• Can collaborate and create momentum without formal leadership responsibility.

Success criteria

• The tasks in the flooring department are clearly coordinated, and the team knows what needs to be done.
• The work is delivered on time and in the agreed quality with as few errors and rework as possible.
• Deviations are detected early, handled systematically and communicated to relevant persons.
• The team experiences good collaboration, professional sparring and shared responsibility for quality.
