As a personnel administrative employee at Datatilsynet, you will have a varied and educational job, where you will work with a broad range of tasks within HR and personnel administration . About you

You have a relevant office education and we would like you to have several years of experience working in a politically governed or public organization within payroll and personnel administration.

If you are newly graduated, you are very welcome to have experience with (some of) the above tasks from, for example, a student job.

You thrive in a varied daily routine with big and small tasks and with having different roles as a coordinator and project lead on operations and smaller development tasks

In addition, we emphasise that you

  • thrive both with tasks that require professional depth and with problems that require you to think quickly,
  • are ready to influence and develop the tasks in the position,
  • are good at seeing opportunities and like to be challenged,

The position is to be filled on February 1, 2027, or as soon as possible thereafter.
