At XL-BYG Kjellerup Tømmerhandel we are in rapid growth, and therefore we are looking for two timber merchants/salespeople who thrive with customer contact, professional sparring and responsibility in everyday life. XL-BYG Kjellerup Tømmerhandel is the flagship store in KT-Group which currently consists of 5 stores with a total turnover of just under 600 million and more than 140 employees.

About the position

If you are motivated by creating good customer experiences, building strong relationships and preparing offers that make a real difference for customers' construction projects, then this may be the job for you.

As a timber merchant salesperson at XL-BYG Kjellerup Tømmerhandel you will have a varied daily life with lots of contact with both customers, colleagues and partners. You will play an important role in the sales work through advice, offer preparation, order handling and follow-up on customer projects.

In addition, you will take on a central role in the daily dialogue with customers, where your expertise and advice help create value and ensure the best solutions.

Your primary tasks

• Preparation of offers and order handling
• Follow-up on offers, orders and customer projects
• Sales, advice and servicing of professional and private customers
• Sales-oriented sparring and follow-up on customer inquiries
• Daily collaboration with colleagues across the company
• Participation in the daily tasks in the office

Who are you?

There are several entry routes to the position. The most important is that you have industry knowledge and a desire to create value for customers.

We imagine that you

• Are trained timber merchant salesperson or have experience from the industry
• Alternatively have a crafts background, e.g. as a carpenter or mason
• Maybe are a building constructor and wish to work with sales and advice
• Have flair for bid calculation and technical advice
• Would preferably have experience with Aspect4 or other ERP systems
