Trainee at ATAK A/S

At ATAK A/S we are looking for a Trainee for our office on Østerbro. The position is for you who are ambitious, curious and ready to learn - and who thrive best when no day is the same.

Your tasks

As a Trainee you will be part of a cross-disciplinary team and have a daily life with great variation. Your tasks will be divided between customer service and ORM/SEO-GEO.

SAFEonNET: You will work on concrete cases related to digital harassment, identity theft and digital infringements. Here, communication, law and crisis management are combined with real cases, where you gain insight into how both people and companies are protected online.

Online Reputation Management (ORM): Working to protect and improve companies' digital reputation through strategy, analysis and publishing of positive, authentic content.

SEO / GEO-marketing: Building visibility in search engines and local areas, preparation of analyses and optimization of customers' online presence.

(SAFEonNET is ATAK's insurance solution, which helps both businesses and individuals to manage and prevent digital threats. The solution is used in collaboration with some of Denmark's largest insurance companies.)

• Have an interest in marketing, communication, IT or digital security
• Work in a structured way and think independently
• Master Danish at a high level, both spoken and written, and can communicate clearly and professionally.
• Thrive in an environment where the pace is high and tasks vary a lot
• Have natural drive and a desire to develop yourself

It is an advantage if you have knowledge of

• SEO
• CMS systems (e.g., Shopify or WordPress)
• Customer contact or case handling
• Have good knowledge of Swedish and/or Norwegian and can communicate in the language
