Foreman for passenger car workshop

Can you plan the work for colleagues in the workshop? Are you smiling and have the capacity to provide good customer service - also when it is busy? Then we have the job for you at Auto-Cramer A/S in Bramming.

We are a well-established business with more than 100 years behind us. Previously we were a Ford dealer, but today a free workshop and part of FTZ's Car-Network.

We are looking for a workshop foreman to lead and plan the work in the workshop. You will have a diverse everyday life, where your most important task is to book and plan the work in the workshop and warmly welcome our customers in check-in and on the phone.

The main tasks are

• Professional reception and guidance of our customers at check-in and on the phone
• Booking and planning of the work in the workshop
• Quotations for workshop work to customers and the sales department
• Daily planning and management of tasks for the technicians

Who are you? You have a professionally relevant education such as a mechanic, parts clerk or similar. Maybe you already have experience as a foreman, but it is not a requirement.

We imagine that you

• Are open and positive
• Can maintain structure and overview and thrive on getting things done
• Are thorough, take responsibility and can work independently
• Are a team player and adaptable
• Are a strong communicator with good leadership skills
• Are a proficient IT user

It is no hurdle if you have knowledge of Ford but no requirement.

We value employees who take initiative and responsibility, and you can largely shape your own everyday life.

For the right person there may on a long-term basis be an opportunity for co-ownership.
