One of our veterinarians has chosen to move with his partner to Zealand, so we need a new team member.

Experience is a plus, but the most important thing is that you have a positive attitude and are good at communicating with clients and colleagues.

𝗩𝗼𝗱𝘀𝗸𝗼𝘃 𝗗𝘆𝗿𝗲𝗸𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗸

Runs a very well-equipped emergency/after-hours hospital in Vodskov, two larger clinics in Brønderslev and Vester Hassing, and a satellite clinic in Aalborg city centre

We are about 40 staff with very different backgrounds. There are often international students in internships, so we often switch between Danish and English in daily work.

The patient base is mainly companion animals, but there will be opportunities to work with horses if desired.

Has access to laboratory equipment, including blood and urine analyses, various anesthesia systems, X-ray, dental X-ray, ventilator, endoscopy, ultrasound etc.

The position 𝗵𝗼𝘀 𝗩𝗼𝗱𝘀𝗸𝗼𝘃 𝗗𝘆𝗿𝗲𝗸𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗸

The work will take place either in a sometimes hectic emergency clinic in Vodskov, or in calmer surroundings at the other clinics, where work is almost entirely by appointment with a more predictable day. There will be opportunities to accommodate individual wishes regarding tasks according to abilities and interests.

We basically have a 4-day working week in practice, with 08:00 – 17:00 three days a week and 08-18 a fourth day.

In principle this is a full-time position, but it can be negotiated.

We offer a competitive salary, set according to competencies.

On-call work is voluntary. There is enough work in the on-call shifts to maintain an attractive on-call income.
