Are you our new colleague? We are seeking dedicated employees who want to help make a difference in a varied and exciting working environment.

Social- and health care assistants, pedagogues or pedagogical assistants are sought for the co-living and activity facility Farupvej 8E in Ribe.

The positions are to be filled with commencement on 1 December 2026 or by agreement.

We have merged our housing and activity offerings for citizens at Farupvej 8E and 8A. This means you will have a varied everyday life, where you participate in tasks across both the residential facility and the activity facility.

The department is divided into three houses and an activity offer. If you are invited to an interview, we will gladly tell you more about the individual houses. All staff participate across the houses in the activity offering.

About the citizens

The target group is citizens aged 18–70 years. Due to their cognitive functional impairment, they have a young mind. The citizens are wonderful, creative and unique. Although we work structurally, days rarely look the same.

The citizens' coping level can in certain periods be outwardly reactive. They may need help with conflict management and arousal regulation. Several of the citizens also require help with personal care.

We take great pride in ensuring that pedagogy and ethics are always at the forefront – also during personal care.

Your primary tasks

• Support and guide the citizens in everyday tasks and in everyday life.
• Create good relationships with regard to both the individual citizen and the community.
• Ensure a predictable environment through structure, patience and inclusivity.
• Handle chaotic situations with calm, overview and a patient, waiting approach.
• Set clear boundaries in situations where it is necessary.
• Prepare written descriptions for use in daily life and for authorities/advisors.
• Collaborate broadly with relatives, colleagues and external partners.

We are looking for you who

• Are educated as a pedagogue or social- and health care assistant.
• Can remain calm in pressured or unpredictable situations.
• Work from – or have knowledge of – KRAP , neuro-pedagogy and arousal regulation .
• Possess a good sense of humor, as structure and predictability can go hand in hand with having fun.
• Can work in the documentation system CURA, but this is not a requirement.

Working hours and framework

• Hours: 37 hours per week, but other hours can be agreed.
• Working times: Changing hours in the period 06:00 – 22:15.
• Weekend shift: Every second weekend at 37 hours, or every third weekend at a lower hourly rate.
