Workshop Foreman for Caravans and Motorhomes at Tarup Campingcenter

Do you have control of workshop operations, people and customers? And would you like to lead a workshop where we work with both caravans and motorhomes? Then you might be our new workshop manager.

At Tarup Campingcenter in Odense we are seeking a workshop manager who can create an overview in a busy daily routine and ensure that tasks progress well from booking to a finished vehicle. You will be responsible for daily planning and the leadership of a team of 4–6 employees.

Your tasks

• Receive customers, advise them and follow up on their workshop visits
• Book, plan and prioritise workshop tasks
• Lead and support the employees in daily operations
• Ensure progress and quality in setup, service and repairs
• Handle complaints and damage cases, including contact with the assessor
• Complete and invoice workshop tasks

Who are you?

You work in a structured way, take responsibility and maintain an overview, even when plans change. You can talk to both customers and colleagues, and you thrive on making a team succeed together.

We would like you to have experience as a workshop manager or with planning and leadership in a workshop. Knowledge of caravans and motorhomes is a big advantage. You are technically well-founded, familiar with IT and have an eye for both quality and good customer service.

The working hours are 37 hours per week with a half-hour break daily

• Monday–Thursday 08:00–16:00
• Friday 07:00–14:30
