We are seeking engaged temporary staff for our fantastic team, who every day make a difference for our citizens. Here you meet a team that is passionate about creating environments where both citizens and employees thrive.

We have space for 12 citizens and have both housing and employment.

Our citizens have needs for

• Support to create and maintain structure in daily life.
• Predictability and visual communication.
• Motivation and trust.
• Special focus on exercise, healthy eating and regulating their nervous system.

As a temp with us you play an important role in supporting our citizens through the day and helping them navigate their structure. When it becomes difficult for a citizen, it is important that you can stay calm and be a stable mirror, so their nervous system can find security in yours.

We are looking for you who

• have a calm and balanced approach, also in pressured situations.
• can motivate, play and build trust through presence.
• have an interest in working with visual communication and structure.
• enjoy being active and supporting our citizens in exercise and health.

Experience is an advantage, but not a requirement – we provide training and support from our skilled colleagues.

Salary and employment terms are in accordance with the applicable collective agreement between KL and the bargaining representative organization.
