You have a unique opportunity to become part of our activity and social service. In everyday speech called AC. We place high value on presence, a calm nervous system, and humor. Are you good at building relationships and at spotting resources? Are you also passionate about the acquired brain injury area or would you like to expand your professional knowledge? Then you are the one we are looking for.

We are in a special situation where we have not been allocated a student by December 1, 2026.

We therefore seek a colleague for a 6-month temporary position

Employment from January 1, 2027, possibly starting in December 2026.

Who are we

Boligerne Lene Bredahls Gade is a supported housing facility for younger residents with acquired brain injury.

The facility comprises 24 apartments and an internal activity and social program, where both internal residents and external citizens participate daily.

The vacant position is in the activity and social program.

The residents are characterized by functional impairments that require extensive help and care in connection with all practical tasks in daily life. Also including support for social interaction and especially how each individual can be a part of an activity regardless of functional impairment.

We are looking for you who

• Wish to support residents' mastery of their own lives including practical support
• Are good at building relationships and moments of joy
• Can independently manage a group activity such as a quiz
• Can reflect together with your colleagues
• Can collaborate across disciplines
• Have a good overview, can remain calm and help create structure in an activity.
• Wish to participate in the house's social events such as Easter lunch and day trips if they fall on your work day.
