🌟 Your role as area manager

You will lead an interdisciplinary team that will deliver a coherent and coordinated care and nursing effort. Based on the Elderly Act, you shall

• ensure the citizen’s self-determination and influence on care
• strengthen interdisciplinary collaboration and holistic citizen pathways
• lead with a focus on professionalism, trust and collaboration with relatives and civil society
• contribute to a culture where staff’s professional judgment and responsibility are supported

Holistic care consists of 14 areas distributed across the municipality

Holistic care works closely daily, and collectively they are responsible for ensuring a well-functioning interdisciplinary collaboration. This is reflected in our organization, where all teams consist of different professional groups.

• From 1 November 2025 we were organized into fixed interdisciplinary teams
• There was investment in more leadership and thus a shorter span of leadership
• You will become part of a leadership team with 14 area managers and one nursing professional consultant
• You will have responsibility for about 40 staff and work closely with the planner in your area

👤 We are looking for you who…

• are health-professionally trained (nurse or SSA)
• have a diploma-level leadership education – or are in progress
• preferably have experience with personnel management and financial responsibility
• have knowledge of municipal and regional structures
• want to work with co-leadership and development close to the staff

Hiring takes place according to the applicable DSR manager agreement or FOA manager agreement. The monthly salary range for full-time, excluding pension, is between 7,815.81 and 52,347.54 DKK. Please note that final placement, including collective agreement basis and salary level, is determined based on education and qualifications according to the Ny løn (New Pay) principles.
