What does the job entail?

We are seeking a full-time vocational teacher who will teach both young people and adults at:

• Auto Helper Training
• AMU courses within, among other things, rescue, driving and safety

You will primarily teach

• Auto Helper Training
• Auto assistance, towing and rescue
• Emergency driving and road safety
• Various similar courses such as first aid and fire protection.

The teaching takes place primarily in Esbjerg at our training center as well as at various driving facilities. However, there may be company-based teaching

We imagine that you

• Are outgoing, approachable and have a ready smile.
• Have experience with auto assistance, emergency driving, rescue of heavy vehicles, working on or beside the road, towing or similar.
• Trives with teaching and can explain things simply and practically.
• Are flexible and have a can-do attitude – also towards IT and new requirements/law.
• Are patient and want to help others succeed.

Salary and employment terms

Employment is in accordance with the Ministry of Education's Circular no. 101 of 01.02.2007 on terms of employment for civil-servant-like employees at institutions for vocational education and meal departments, the applicable Circular on the agreement on pay for teachers employed on civil-servant-like terms at institutions for vocational education, the applicable Circular on the agreement on working hours for teachers at institutions for vocational education, and the applicable Circular on the agreement on Working hours for teachers etc. in the state. Salary is determined according to the Ny Løn principles.

Depending on your professional experience you will be placed on pay grade 1–7, corresponding to a base salary of between DKK 31,054.72 and 37,285.56, full-time, including collective agreement allowances. An 18% fully employer-paid pension is provided. In addition, allowances may be agreed based on relevant experience and qualifications.

Prior to employment you will be electronically asked to consent that we can obtain a criminal record and a child protection certificate.

The place of employment includes all of Rybners’ addresses in Esbjerg.
