About Thyborøn Børnecenter

Thyborøn Børnecenter has a nursery and a kindergarten under the same roof. We currently have 29 kindergarten children, 24 nursery children and 15 staff. We are based in cozy premises and have a large motor skills hall, which binds the building together and is used daily. On our lovely playground, you can feel the wind and the sun unfold. With nature as a neighbor and close to the sea and fjord, we experience nature up close. Among other things when we take wonderful trips with our 2 electric bikes with space for 6 children in each.

With a focus on safety, care, learning, language, play and close relationships, we help each child to understand themselves well and the world they are a part of.

• Has energy and a willingness to participate in the daily work with the children
• Has a strong and inspiring professionalism.

Qualifications

• Pedagogical education or has equivalent insight and qualifications.
• Experience with or interest in leadership.
• Preferably financial overview and insight, but otherwise willing to learn it.
• Attitudes to and knowledge of pedagogy.
• Creative, social and structured.
• Inclusive towards both children and adults.

Salary

The salary is set in accordance with the applicable collective agreement and Lemvig Municipality's salary policy.

The starting salary for a full-time employee amounts to 41,418.86 DKK per month + pension. In addition, function and qualification pay are negotiated based on the pre-agreement, your experiences and personal qualifications.
