Børnehuset Espergærde is looking for an experienced staff member for our nursery

Do you want a workplace with the leader close to practice and good colleagues to spar with?

In the Espergærde Nursery House's day care, we have 4 small rooms with 8 children and two fixed staff per room. We also have two floating staff permanently attached to the day care.

Because the rooms are small, we work together across teams.

We do this

To be able to divide the children into groups so that our activities as much as possible reach their development level

To have more sparring partners in daily life

To ensure more adults know the children and their families, as it creates security with familiar faces throughout the day.

We offer

• Good colleagues who help each other
• Focus on professional development
• Influence on the good everyday life
• Security as a foundation for development, this applies to our groups of children, but also to our staff.

We hope that you are willing and have the courage to contribute positively to

• The children's well-being and development
• Our collaboration and professional sparring
• A newer nursery house in development
• A good everyday life, for most of all we love everyday life

You don't need to know everything, but we hope you have experience to bring with you that you will inspire us with.

If you want to come and see our house before you send an application, please call Marie Jepsen (leader) at tel: 20242075 or send an email to: [email protected]

We hope to hear from you.
