Who are we

Planned Surgery Grindsted is part of Anesthesia and Intensive Care at Esbjerg and Grindsted Hospital.

We handle planned surgical patient pathways for parenchymal surgery, orthopedic surgery, urology and ear, nose and throat surgery. There is close collaboration with the two other operating departments and with anesthesia, recovery and booking.

We focus on the patient, high professionalism, good patient pathways and a good working environment – and we are also an organization in development, where we gladly challenge what we “usually do.”

You will become the leader of an engaged team who are proud of their profession and focused on making a difference for the patients.

You will be part of a strong leadership team

As head nurse you will be part of a well-functioning and experienced leadership group, where we actively use each other for sparring, reflection and problem solving.

We emphasize supporting each other in a complex everyday life and learning from both what works and what challenges us, so we continually develop our leadership.

You will also be assigned a mentor who accompanies you in your introduction to the position and the leadership role.

The region is obliged to inform you of the starting salary for the position. You can find the starting salary below based on the collective agreement and position mentioned in the job advertisement.

In addition to the starting salary, the salary may include any negotiated allowances depending on the position, your experience and qualifications.
