As a claims leader at Recover you will have a role with great responsibility, a high degree of independence and the opportunity to make a real difference for both customers and colleagues. You will be the link between the customer, the contractors, technicians and administration – and you contribute to ensuring that claims are handled efficiently, professionally and with high quality.

Your background and experience can be varied

➡ It is an advantage if you have experience within claims service, but not a requirement.

➡ As a person you are structured, customer-oriented, understanding and able to put yourself in the customer's place.

In addition, it is important that you have a flair for working with diverse IT systems, as it will be a natural part of your daily life – you can easily adapt to new systems and processes. In the role of a claims leader you must also be able to speak and write Danish, have a driving license for a passenger car (B) and be willing to present your criminal record.
