Would you like to help strengthen communication in an organization that is an important part of the aid when the alarm sounds? At Prehospital South we work every day to create security and quality in the prehospital effort from the 1-1-2 call to the ambulance arriving at the citizen.

No, this is not a repost. We are actually looking for a maternity leave replacement for our current maternity leave replacement, who herself will go on maternity leave. So yes – maternity leave on maternity leave!

Therefore we are looking for a skilled communications profile who can take up the baton and help continue and develop our communications efforts.

Your upcoming job

You will play a central role in unifying, developing and strengthening communication across the organization – both internally and externally. The position holds several tracks:

External communication

• Drive and develop our social media efforts – focusing on creating tangible and engaging content that strengthens our profile and employer branding.
• Handling press inquiries
• Maintain and further develop our website and ensure clear communication of news and important messages.
• Contribute to visual branding

Internal communication

• Ensure clear and accessible communication on our internal channels. Our intranet is under development, and you will play a major role in this project.
• Convey the good stories that strengthen culture, cohesion and job satisfaction.

Strategic communication

You will be an important sparring partner when it comes to our strategic communication. You help create structure and direction so our efforts hang together and support the organization's goals. At the same time you become a close partner for both HR and management, where you contribute with communication expertise and help create coherence across the organization.

We are a new organization with large ambitions, and there is room for new ideas, initiative and a personal imprint on both direction and solutions.

Who are you?

You have a relevant education and from previous employment have solid experience in communications. You keep up with new trends and tendencies and translate them into value-creating communication in practice. The most important thing, however, is that you have a solid professional foundation, insight into the many facets of communication and a desire to be involved in developing an area that is constantly moving.

You are passionate about creating content that engages, and you have a good eye for both written and visual communication. You can adapt your messages to different audiences and know how to communicate clearly and relevantly. At the same time you readily take initiative, work structurally and stay on top – even when there are several balls in the air. You write and speak fluent Danish and have a sense for quality in your communication.

We offer you

You will become part of HR and Administration at Prehospital South, where 15 dedicated colleagues work with everything from HR, legal, secretarial support, occupational health and communication.

Although the position is a maternity leave replacement, you will have a central role with major influence on the organization's communication. You will have the opportunity to shape both daily communication and the ongoing development of the area, while becoming part of a workplace with high professionalism, good collegiality and an informal tone.

Terms and salary

The position is 37 hours per week and we expect the substitution to run for one year. The workplace is at Lille Tornbjergvej in Odense, where you will share an office with two others. There is the possibility of remote work when tasks allow.

The region is obliged to inform you of the starting salary for the position. You will be informed of base salary, centrally set allowances and pension in Academics - collective agreement 33.01.1 .
