Construction Project Manager for A. Enggaard in Odense | A. Enggaard A/S

Would you lead our civil engineering projects in Odense?

From the office in Odense and from the construction site you will be responsible for your own civil engineering contracts.

At A. Enggaard, as a civil engineering project manager you are expected to play a central role in, among other projects, the ”Odense Inner Harbour” and the ”Rail Yard in Odense”, where you join a strong and constructive team that is working to develop an entire district.

Your tasks will span a wide range, including

• Managing the design processes for civil engineering projects and internal site development tasks.
• Pricing civil engineering tasks / bid preparation.
• Negotiation, entering into contracts and coordination of civil works services.
• In collaboration with our site foremen to ensure effective execution of civil works contracts from start-up to operation and maintenance, including time, cost and quality.

About you

You have solid project management experience, a strong drive and a passion for making a difference. Your leadership style reflects decisiveness, overview, structure and engagement. In addition, you have a positive approach to tasks, a desire to influence the projects and a good sense of humor that rubs off on those around you.

You have a technical education as an engineer, building constructor or equivalent, and you are passionate about delivering good construction projects. From previous employment you have solid practical experience.

Similarly, you have some knowledge and experience in earthworks, sewers and civil engineering technology as well as ambitions to strengthen and develop your competencies within the civil engineering field. Cost estimation experience with civil works and in-house production is a requirement for this job. An interest in sustainability, biodiversity and high-quality urban spaces would be an extra plus.

Good commercial sense as well as strong collaboration and communication skills are essential traits if you are to succeed in this job.
