Are you good at talking to people and smiling on the phone?

Then you could be just the person we need for our customer service!

We are looking for someone who can help us in our peak periods each month. There is talk of full working days on our busiest days each month. Our busiest day is typically around the 7th and some days forward each month, but can vary depending on weekends and holidays.

We are a customer service company that works together with, among others, banks and other financial institutions.

We therefore need someone who likes working with people over the phone. Someone who can ensure that the customer always has a good experience. Someone who can help create good solutions for our customers.

It is not a requirement that you have experience with either customer service or debt collection in advance. We make sure you receive thorough training, so you are ready to get started with your new tasks. You just need to have the desire to learn new things.
