We imagine that you

  • are ready to work with citizen journeys where the complexity is often high
  • have experience teaching or providing sparring to colleagues
  • have good pedagogical and communicative skills
  • know the legislation in the dementia area or can familiarize yourself with it
  • keep yourself up to date with national trends and knowledge about dementia
  • thrive on being proactive and engaging in many different collaboration relationships across disciplines and units
  • have an eye for how we can develop our dementia efforts, including internal workflows and collaboration with external partners
  • thrive on working independently and planning your working day and tasks in close collaboration with your colleagues in the team
  • are helpful and contribute constructively to task solving and in team collaboration
  • contribute to creating a good working environment

We offer a

  • development-oriented workplace where there is an opportunity to influence and contribute to new ways of solving the task
  • workplace where you will have skilled and committed colleagues
  • workplace with room to grow, and where we focus on helping each other succeed
  • flexible workplace, including the possibility of home office days

Salary and employment terms
