We are looking for two pedagogues and an assistant who want to make a difference – and create something together with us.

This is the workplace we are in the process of creating at Skave School and Children's House. We are in the middle of an exciting development. Not because we need to build new walls, but because we want to strengthen a shared pedagogical culture, where children are always the focal point.

We are therefore looking for a pedagogue for the nursery and a pedagogue for the kindergarten, as well as 1 assistant, who wants to bring their professionalism into play, be curious about their own and others' practices, and actively participate in the development we share.

One house – one common task

In Skave we are a village arrangement with a nursery, kindergarten, after-school care (SFO) and school. This gives us special opportunities to create continuity in the children’s everyday life and secure transitions throughout their childhood.

We want to be one house, where we lift our gaze from the individual room and department and take shared responsibility for all children. We see the nursery and kindergarten as parts of one cohesive children's house. We use each other’s competencies, collaborate across and help each other where the need is greatest. For the children, it is our shared responsibility – regardless of which room or department they belong to.

Our pedagogical work is based on a belief that all children do the best they can, and that it is our duty as adults to create frameworks and opportunities for participation where all children can succeed.

• Learning environments with high pedagogical quality – both indoors and outdoors.

We work with DUÅ as a common pedagogical method and approach and aim to create a shared professional foundation and language around the children.
