Tørring Børnehus søger 1-2 pædagog, da vi opnormerer vores børnehave. Med tiltrædelse 1.1.27, eller snarest muligt. Timetallet er som udgangspunkt 35 timer.

Om jobbet og opgaverne

Outdoor life is a large part of daily life, as the institution is located close to forest and town which offers many exciting opportunities used daily. There is a large playground with old trees/ fruit trees, football field, campfire house, water area etc. We are outdoors regardless of the weather, it's about proper clothing. The institution will become part of the Grønne Spirer from 2027 as we want a nature profile.

I børnehaven er vi optaget af 3-6 års pædagogik, og ønsker at skabe rammer for børnene, hvor hverdagen er præget af leg, fællesskaber og natur.

Vi søger 1- 2 uddannet pædagog , som vil være med til fagligt at videre udvikle vores dagtilbud.

• You are passionate about being outdoors and focused on how outdoor life can be used in the pedagogical work.
• You establish and support differentiated play- and learning environments in accordance with pedagogical curricula throughout the day and in all daily routines
• You are proactive and take responsibility for the relationship with the children and their parents - you act professionally
• You follow children's interests and motivations, work exploratively and support the children's perspective

Refleksion, feedback og sparring

• You are curious and have an inquisitive approach
• You give and receive feedback and sparring to both your colleagues and the leader
• You reflect on and are conscious of your professional role, your professional judgment and your professional responsibility in relation to the core task

Kommunikation og sprog

• You communicate well verbally, in writing and digitally
• You are approachable in dialogue, communication and interactions with children, parents and colleagues.
