With us you will work with seven citizens who depend on extensive support in all daily activities and around the clock. There are many care tasks, and the greatest professional successes are often measured in well-being, security and welfare rather than large developmental leaps. About the citizens

The citizens have significant physical and cognitive functional impairments and all receive extensive help with personal care, transfers, meals and participation in everyday life.

Several residents have a high noise level with persistent shouting or sounds as part of their way of being in the world. Therefore you must thrive in an environment where sounds are a natural part of everyday life. We are aware of the burden noise can pose and offer a number of concrete occupational health measures, which you can read more about later in the advertisement.

The pedagogical approach largely focuses on

• Creating safety, well-being and quality of life.
• Working with sensory integration interventions.
• Creating opportunities for participation in everyday activities.

Many of the activities we work with are integrated into everyday tasks. The citizens participate in different ways and to varying degrees. Therefore we are seeking a colleague who finds professional meaning in creating activities and experiences, even when participation is peripheral or expressed through small signals of well-being.

You are trained as a pedagogue and motivated to work closely with people with extensive support needs. You find professional meaning in a job where the most important results often appear as increased well-being, comfort and participation rather than large developmental leaps. We imagine that you:

Professionalism in everyday life

We expect you to actively contribute to the development, planning, documentation and evaluation of the pedagogical interventions. You will work closely with colleagues, relatives and other partners around the citizens' well-being and development. At the same time we expect you to contribute to the shared professional reflection and share knowledge with colleagues, students and staff with other professional backgrounds.

Salary and employment terms according to the applicable collective agreement. In addition, qualification and function supplements can be agreed. The expected total salary lies in the level of 33,300 – 38,100 DKK per month excluding pension, depending on experience and competences.

Working hours are from 7:00 to 22:30, and as a rule you work every other weekend. There is the possibility to enter into a local agreement for longer shifts.

You must hold a valid driver's license, and we will obtain an extended criminal record. The position is 37 hours per week.
