Ejerslykkeskolen is seeking a dedicated and creative educator for a permanent 37-hour position in our SFO.

About us

Ejerslykkeskolen is a diverse school with about 460 students. The school hosts a child environment from 0th to 6th grade, a youth environment from 7th to 9th grade, as well as OBS and special classes. In our SFO we have about 140 children from 0th to 4th grade, where we work purposefully to create safe, inclusive and inspiring communities where all children feel they belong and have the opportunity to participate.

With us you become part of an engaged pedagogical community, where we are curious about our practice, share knowledge and help each other. We place emphasis on strong relationships, the children's perspectives and activities that allow room for both play, deepening, movement and creativity.

As an educator you will have a central role in creating a safe and developmental everyday life for the children. You will also be an active part of our development work to raise leisure-time pedagogy in Odense Municipality and translate shared ambitions into meaningful practice close to the children.

Tasks

• Planning and implementation of activities that promote the children's well-being and learning.
• Close collaboration with colleagues on development of pedagogical initiatives and practice.
• Observation and documentation tasks.
• Create good relationships with both children and parents.

Qualifications

• Educator with relevant experience.
• Knowledge of pedagogical theory and practice.
• Ability to create a positive and inclusive community.
• Flexibility, responsibility and adaptability.
• Initiative.

Practical information

The position is a permanent 37-hour position with starting date as soon as possible or no later than 1 January 2027.
